For the safety and respect of all conference participates, we have decided to ask if it is ok to record you in different media formats during the conference. Each conference attendee will be given a sticker to help identify if you want to be recorded or not.

VIDEO, AUDIO AND PHOTOGRAPHY CONSENT  

By clicking 'Yes' on the registration form, you agree to have your ID tag presented at all times during the conference and agree to have your photograph taken, Audio and Video Recordings of you in them and hereby give your consent for the ILGA Oceania to use photographs, videos and sound recordings that may contain yourself or your voice.

By clicking yes, you also understand that your image may be edited, copied or published and acknowledge the organisation will do its best to respect and protect your identity. 

You understand that images or video footage may be displayed on the internet or presented for educational purposes.

NON-CONSENT VIDEO, AUDIO AND PHOTOGRAPHY 

By clicking 'No' on the registration form, you agree to have your ID tag presented at all times during the conference.

If a photograph is taken, Audio and Video Recordings of you and you haven't given your consent for the ILGA Oceania to use photographs, videos and sound recordings that may contain yourself or your voice please contact us as soon as possible. We will promptly delete them once notified.

USES OF MULTIMEDIA

Photographic, audio or video recordings may be used for the following purposes:

  • Conference, educational or informational presentations

  • Conference documentation and archiving

  • Educational videos

You will be consulted about the use of photographs or videos containing my image or voice if used for other purposes than previously stated.
